Job Description

I am searching for a Senior Facilities Manager for my Client in Brussels.

 

We need:

  • a strong profile with relevant FM experience,
  • a good people manager 
  • customer oriented.
  • fluent in English, French and Dutch

 

Key Performance Indicators

  • Compliance with service provision as detailed in the contract.
  • Compliance with the Health and Safety responsibilities.
  • High Customer Satisfaction rating as measured in regular surveys
  • Compliance with Best Practice documentation
  • Pursue continuous improvement.

 

Skills

 

  • Languages: Must be fluent in Dutch, French and English, both in speaking and in writing.
  • Excellent organisational skills required.
  • Enthusiast and motivating personality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with training experience to guide multi functional teams.
  • Excellent PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. AutoCAD is an asset.
