I am looking for an European Contracts Manager for my Client based in the West Midlands.
It is essential that you are fluent in English, used to managing multi-site portfolios and able to work remotely with minimum supervision.
Manage and support employees and client staff across the portfolio locations
Supervise, plan and co-ordinate contract operations
Manage ongoing client relations from central and often remote location
Manage contractual reviews with client and subcontractors across portfolio
Attend monthly operational meetings to review performance and effectiveness of services
Have full accountability of contract financial management and administration
Produce and collate monthly contract service reports to meet client criteria
Manage all outsourced partners and liaise with Client Procurement to ensure best value
Implement and manage operating standards and ensure full compliance
Ensure full Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
Implement and manage a customised Quality Management Plan in accordance with ISO 9001
Monitor all escalation, compliment and complaint feedback procedures
Build effective scheduling preventative and reactive maintenance strategies
The Contract Manager will be supported by the Client UK & Global division and have access to Client knowledge, systems, internal service function expertise and global partner intelligence.
* Experience of managing multi-site portfolio
* Fluent in English
*Fluent in French, Spanish and Italian
* Knowledge of working in these countries
Based from home, ideally in the Midlands region with access to office space in Daventry on an ad-hoc basis.
