Job Description

I am looking for an FM to manage a large campus in Brussels.

 

Must be fluent in English and Flemish. Good knowledge of French would be an advantage.

 

The Hub Facilities Manager will assume the lead role in the delivery of facilities management services to the Client for the Brussels Campus. As the single point of contact for the Client will be responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, implementing and managing the delivery of key regional initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting.

The role involves recruiting, managing and developing the local facility management team, and leading them to achieve Client Account targets according to the management principles.

Through the Team, the Hub Facilities Manager will manage the local budget within the defined financial framework and achieve the aligned saving targets.
