I am looking for a Facilities Assistant for my Client, based in Stockholm.
You must be fluent in Swedish and English.
You will report to the Assistant Facilities Manager (based outside of Sweden)
Responsible for the service delivery at two Stockholm sites, which will be measured by contractual Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
The Facilities Administrator works as the full time Receptionist.
Accountable for accurate managing of all subcontracted and in-house services (Reception Services, Soft Services, Security, Hard Services etc.)
Lead the implementation of all approved initiatives and programs, by managing and coordinating the efforts of the Facilities team (e.g. service providers, contractors, signing contracts, preparing commercial proposals etc) to achieve the goals.
Accountable for the cost optimisation, for forecast accuracy, and for driving the cost down proactively, for searching actively for the cost optimisation/cost savings.
You will have experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with attention to detail, high sense of urgency and the drive to hold the team accountable for results.
- Languages: native Swedish, fluent English.
- Self-motivated person and able to play in a team
- Confident and smart appearance (formal dress code is a must)
- Ability to multi-task and be very well organised
