We are looking for a Facilities Assistant for our Client in Dublin.
To apply you need to be / have:
- Experience in a hands-on role working within a dynamic Facilities and Events environment
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability and confidence in communicating to customers at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times and be an ambassador of the team.
- Ability to multitask, use initiative and work with minimal supervision.
- Be an excellent team player with the want to go above and beyond for each other.
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel
- Flexibility required within working hours and days to flex to customer requirements.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role, in particular within a customer facing Facilities environment.
- Must be able to demonstrate flexibility in relation to type of works carried out and availability.
- Demonstrate customer skills experience.
- H&S or Facilities qualification desirable.
- Experience in partnering with contractors.
