I am looking for a Facilities and Real Estate Manager with responsibility for 5 locations across France.
Candidates must have an excellent command in French and English both verbal and written.
In addition, you must have the following skills and experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Facility Management in a production and office site at operational management level.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant.
- Excellent communication and people management skills are key for this exciting role.
- Experience in managing outsourcing suppliers at country level.
- Experience in workplace management.
- Understanding of legal and procurement aspects of facilities and real estate
- Strong project management skills and a goal-oriented ambition to drive improvements with focus on the company’s best interests.
- Excellent communications and networking skills to manage relations in a co-operative, diplomatic and successful manner.
- Stakeholder management, contractor and people management skills.
