Job Description

 

I am looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager for my Client.  The role will be based in Casablanca.

 

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager you will be responsible for one office building of approximately 1,042 Sqm with about 80 staff and you will:

 

  • Assist in the operations and service delivery across the Morocco portfolio
  • Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

 

Applicants must be fluent in English, Arabic and French and be based in Morocco for this role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • FMS – Ownership & Management of the system and to meet all requirements on a month to month basis, annual audits and information/data needed to keep the system up to date
  • PO Management Process – Take over running the country Purchase to Payment process, which includes managing the tracker ensuring the PO’s are put in the system, are raised before commencement of work. Ensure that all supplier’s data is in the tracker and is kept up to date.
  • Finance – track month to month on budget vs. actual spend and highlight any anomalies. Actively make cost saving/avoidance suggestions by scrutinising costs.
  • Client Relationship – Develop and manage relationships with client stakeholders 
  • Supplier Responsibilities – Maintain relationship with assigned suppliers, ensure monthly meetings and KPI’s are met. Ensure communication of relevant information to the client
  • Perform site inspections as assigned and ensure all corrective actions are dealt with and documented
  • Soft FM – act as the primary contact for all soft FM related matters from problem through to implementation of solution including QA checks
  • Country Data Compliance – Ensure all country data is up to date as per the KPI’s on Tableau and update information as needed
  • Reporting – Assist the country and Bi-Weekly, Monthly and other reporting requirements
  • EH&S – Take the lead on EH&S systems, management and reporting (AIMS, good catches, near misses, incidents accidents, man hour reporting, bi-weekly EH&S)
  • Site Responsibility – Take the lead on all sites assigned actions
  • Change Request – Act as back-up for the IT access systems
